浙江万圣不锈钢有限公司始建于2002年，其前身为温州太钢特钢有限公司。经过八年的不懈努力，现已发展成为注册资金1000万元，占地两百余亩，集炼钢、穿孔、制管于一体，拥有温州及松阳两大生产基地、五家全资子公司的集团型不锈钢生产企业。公司主营产品能为各种奥氏体不锈钢、双相钢钢管、钢锭、圆钢及荒管，材质涉及304（0Cr18Ni9）、321（1Cr18Ni9Ti）、TP304、TP321（0Cr18Ni10Ti）、316L（00Cr17Ni14Mo2）、TP316L、304L（00Cr19Ni10）、310S（0Cr25Ni20）、904L、347H等，可按照GB、ASTM、JIS、DIN、OST等标准生产外径6-830mm的不锈钢无缝管。公司拥有特种设备生产许可证书及各国船级社认证。
